This policy explains how Earned Value Management L.L.C., operating as Earned Value Capital (“EVC,” “we,” or “us”), handles personal information collected through earnedvaluecapital.com and related inquiries. The Logistics Alpha Fund is Earned Value Capital – Alpha LLC.
Information we collect
When you request information, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, state of residence, anticipated investment range, self-reported accredited investor status, investment timing, and contact consent. We also receive information you include in correspondence. Please do not submit account numbers, identity documents, tax records, or other sensitive documents through the website inquiry form.
Campaign parameters in a link, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and search term, may accompany your inquiry. Our hosting and measurement providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, pages visited, and referral information when you use the site.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss the proposed investment, assess preliminary fit and interest, arrange conversations, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. A self-reported answer does not establish accredited investor status; any required verification before investment is handled separately.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Netlify to host the website and process inquiry forms. Form answers and campaign parameters are stored through Netlify Forms and emailed to EVC. Our email and other service providers process information to help us operate and respond to inquiries. We may disclose information to professional advisers or other recipients when necessary for a requested transaction, to comply with law, to protect rights or security, or with your authorization. Do not treat a website inquiry as authorization to publish your identity or investment interest.
Advertising measurement and cookies
We use Google Ads cookies and tags on the production website to measure visits and completed inquiries from advertising. The configured Google tags do not send the inquiry form answers, and enhanced conversions and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Google may process technical and event data under its own policies. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We use campaign parameters for first-party inquiry attribution. The investor inquiry page does not currently load Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking cookies may limit measurement and does not by itself delete information already submitted.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Service providers may maintain logs or backup copies under their own retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry, by emailing contact@earnedvaluecapital.com. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Additional rights may apply depending on your location. We will assess requests under applicable law.
Adults and third-party sites
Our investor website is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us. Linked websites and advertising platforms have their own privacy policies.
Changes and contact
